2022-2025

For three years, I was part of the art team at Vogue Brasil, one of Latin America's most iconic fashion publications. Under the creative direction of Julia Filgueiras, I worked as a designer contributing to over 40 print editions, special issues, and a full visual identity redesign that shaped a new era for the magazine.

Over 36 months, I helped craft the visual language of one of Brazil's most recognized mastheads, from editorial layouts to event identity, always alongside a team that pushed the boundaries of what Brazilian fashion publishing could look like.
Vogue Brasil Sans & Serif, the custom typeface designed by Studio Drama for the magazine's 2022 redesign, awarded a D&AD Graphite Pencil.
A key part of the 2022 redesign was the creation of Vogue Brasil Sans & Serif, a custom typeface developed by Studio Drama. Built around two contrasting ideas, vernacular and elegance, the typeface was designed to carry Vogue's iconic identity while reflecting Brazil's rich cultural and typographic heritage. Versatile by design, both styles gave the art team the creative flexibility to use it across editorials, covers, and special issues. The project was recognized with a D&AD Graphite Pencil in Type Design & Lettering in 2023.
A visual research rooted in Brazilian memory, pulling from decades of graphic culture, street typography, old magazines, cinema posters, and vernacular signage.

In Vogue, the first official book by Vogue Brasil, celebrating 52 women who shaped the world of fashion in Brazil.
Being part of the creative team that brought this book together, my main contributions included curating content, selecting images, and helping shape the overall visual concept. I also worked on adapting and refining the stories to make sure each one reflected the personality and uniqueness of the women featured.
The incredible team behind all of this (and more!)
